I didn’t find what I was looking for online. Do you have any other chocolates available?

Yes! Graham’s does have more chocolates available in store. You can give us a call if you are looking for something specific at (630) 232-6655 or email us at orders@grahamschocolate.com.
Can you make chocolates with our company logo?

Absolutely! We can produce custom chocolates featuring your company logo or branding. Contact us to discuss artwork requirements, mold options, minimum quantities, and pricing.
Is there a minimum order for custom chocolates?

There are no minimum order requirements for most of our chocolates. Please contact us for a personalized quote.
How far in advance should I order custom chocolates?

We recommend placing custom orders at least 2–4 weeks in advance. Larger projects or orders during the holiday season may require additional lead time. For Christmas/Holiday corporate orders, it is recommended to place your order as early as October to have your chocolates ready by December.
Can you ship corporate gifts to multiple addresses?

Yes! We can ship gifts directly to multiple recipients. Simply provide your recipient list, and we'll take care of the rest.
Can you include personalized gift messages?

Absolutely! We can include personalized gift messages with individual orders to add a thoughtful touch.
Do you offer branded options other than custom moulds?

Yes! Depending on your project, we can incorporate branded elements such as custom tags, cards, stickers, and other packaging options. Please contact us to discuss available customization.
