Scooped ice cream on-site, you can choose multiple flavors. This includes a regular scoop of our ice cream in either a cup, or sugar cone or a plain cake cone, 2 hours of service staffed by Graham’s and a cute wedding or event set up.

Full service Ice Cream Sundae Bar
Includes up to 4 ice creams, hand-scooped on-site, along with a variety of toppings such as chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, fruit, chopped Oreos, buttered pecans, whipped cream, cherries & more.

Graham’s Hand-dipped Ice Cream Bars
Choice of ice cream (typically vanilla, although some opt for chocolate, strawberry or green mint), which we will hand dip on the premises in either milk or dark chocolate, with a variety of toppings such as coconut, rainbow sprinkles, chocolate sprinkles, peanut butter crunch, chopped oreos, hazelnut crunch, fruity pebbles, chopped almonds, etc.

Pre-scooped Ice Creams
Graham’s Chocolates also offers larger-scale takeaways for weddings. Pre-scooped ice creams you can simply pass out at your wedding or event. No minimum required.
Bulk Ice Cream for Catering
Larger 2 1/2 gallon boxes of homemade Graham’s bulk ice cream for catering that you can have scooped on-site by your own food vendors. This price ranges from $85-$90 per box, and each box feeds about 50-70 people depending on the size of the scoop.
We also offer pints for $9.98 & quarts for $15.98 each for smaller events. Perfect for making your cake à la mode. Graham’s cups, cones, spoons, and napkins are available at an additional cost.
Booking & Service Details
In addition to the prices listed above, for Scooped Ice Cream On-site, Full-service Ice Cream Sundae Bar, and Graham’s Hand-dipped Ice Cream Bars, we have a $750 minimum for on-site ice cream service, as well as a service fee starting at $200 for two employees to transport, set up, and serve.
To secure your date, we ask for a 50% deposit down. We can always update the final count two weeks prior; final payment is due 7 days in advance of the event. A travel fee will also be added if the venue is over 30 minutes away from Geneva, IL.
