We recommend you eat them the same day they are dipped, so choose the pickup date that best fits your Valentine's gift giving plans. All raspberries will be ready for pick up after 12 noon on your selected day, If you need them earlier, please give us a call: 630-232-6655.
This item is for in-store pick up in Geneva or Wheaton and cannot be shipped due to their fragility and perishable nature.
Shipping Policy
At Graham’s Fine Chocolates & Ice Cream, shipping rates vary by destination, weather, and required delivery method. Warm-weather shipping is generally $22.50 for nearby destinations reachable within one business day by UPS Ground, or $70 when overnight shipping is required, including ice packs and insulated packaging. We do not ship on Fridays or weekends to help protect temperature-sensitive products. Tracking information is provided once your order ships, and shipping methods or rates may be adjusted based on weather, destination, package size, or delivery requirements.
Refund Policy
Our products are perishable food items, therefore all chocolate, candy, and food sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on food products.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 630-232-6655. Photos of the product and packaging may be required so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
