Two Truffle Tree sizes are available: Small (approximately 60-70 truffles, 11 inches tall) and Large (approximately 85-95 truffles, 15.5 inches tall).
Please note that these are made-to-order with assorted truffles and we ask that you give us 1-2 weeks to prepare your order. If you would like certain kinds of truffles on your tree, we are happy to accommodate! Just let us know if the comments section when you place your order or give us a call directly: 630-232-6655.
Due to the delicacy of this item, it cannot be shipped and is only available or pick up in-store.
Shipping Policy
At Graham’s Fine Chocolates & Ice Cream, shipping rates vary by destination, weather, and required delivery method. Warm-weather shipping is generally $22.50 for nearby destinations reachable within one business day by UPS Ground, or $70 when overnight shipping is required, including ice packs and insulated packaging. We do not ship on Fridays or weekends to help protect temperature-sensitive products. Tracking information is provided once your order ships, and shipping methods or rates may be adjusted based on weather, destination, package size, or delivery requirements.
Refund Policy
Our products are perishable food items, therefore all chocolate, candy, and food sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on food products.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 630-232-6655. Photos of the product and packaging may be required so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
