Add a personal touch to your baby shower with our exquisite Baby Name Discs. Choose from milk, dark, or white chocolate, hand-deposited into circles. Each disc is roughly 3" in diameter, beautifully hand-piped with names in pink, blue, or white chocolate, with additional colors available upon request. Finally, each disc is bagged & bowed to match your party décor. These unique, personalized treats are the perfect way to thank your guests, making your celebration truly special!
Priced Starting at $3.98/each and up depending on how many lines of writing are needed. One name is included in the base cost, additional lines would be 25 cents each, up to 3 can fit. Please call for additional options.
Please note that we cannot hand-pipe names longer than 7 letters. A monogram is considered 1-line.Please allow us 3-5 days to process & make special baby favors fresh for you. We typically ask for two weeks notice for special orders such as these.
Shipping Policy
At Graham’s Fine Chocolates & Ice Cream, shipping rates vary by destination, weather, and required delivery method. Warm-weather shipping is generally $22.50 for nearby destinations reachable within one business day by UPS Ground, or $70 when overnight shipping is required, including ice packs and insulated packaging. We do not ship on Fridays or weekends to help protect temperature-sensitive products. Tracking information is provided once your order ships, and shipping methods or rates may be adjusted based on weather, destination, package size, or delivery requirements.
Refund Policy
Our products are perishable food items, therefore all chocolate, candy, and food sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on food products.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 630-232-6655. Photos of the product and packaging may be required so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
